1. Introduction
Welcome to Napz Homes s.r.o.
By booking a stay at our vacation rentals, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.
2. Definitions
"We," "us," "our" refers to Napz Homes s.r.o., the operator of the vacation rentals. "Guest" refers to the person making the booking and all individuals included in the reservation. "Property" refers to the vacation rental(s) provided by Napz Homes s.r.o..
3. Booking and Payment
Reservation Confirmation: A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a booking confirmation from us and full payment as specified during the booking process.
Payment Terms: Payment can be made via credit card, bank transfer.
Deposit: 300€ (You will be redirected to Swikly to approve your Credit Card).
Cancellation Policy: No refunds for cancellations made less than 90 days before arrival. Cancellations made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date are eligible for a refund of 50% of the total booking amount.
4. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in Time: between 14:00 - 15:00 (depending on the booked Apartment).
Check-out Time: between 11:00 - 12:00 (depending on the booked Apartment).
Early Check-in/Late Check-out: Not available.
5. Guest Responsibilities
Occupancy Limits: The maximum number of guests allowed per property is depending on the Apartment size and limited by the maximum number of beds.
Behavior: Guests must respect the property, its contents, neighbors, and local regulations. Excessive noise and/or disturbance of the "quiet hours" between 22:00-07:00 may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement without refund.
Damage to Property: Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. We reserve the right to charge for repair or replacement costs.
Smoking and Pets: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all properties. Pets are permitted only with prior approval and are subject to a fee of 1000 CZK per pet.
Penalties for Violations: A fine of 3750 CZK will be charged for smoking on the property. A minimum fee of 3750 CZK will be charged for lost keys.
Unauthorized Guests: A fee of 2000 CZK will be charged per additional guest, per night, who is not approved or included in the booking.
6. Liability
We are not liable for: Personal injuries or accidents occurring on the property. Loss or damage to guest belongings. Guests are encouraged to purchase travel insurance to cover unforeseen incidents.
7. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government actions. In such cases, we will endeavor to reschedule or provide alternative solutions.
8. Privacy
We respect your privacy and will handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By making a booking, you consent to the use of your data for reservation and communication purposes.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Czech Republic.
10. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated version will be made available on our website and will apply to bookings made thereafter.
