1. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in Time: between 14:00 - 15:00 (depending on the booked Apartment).
Check-out Time: between 11:00 - 12:00 (depending on the booked Apartment).
Early Check-in/Late Check-out: On request only & chargeable
2. Guest Responsibilities
Occupancy Limits: The maximum number of guests allowed per property is depending on the Apartment size and limited by the maximum number of beds.
Behavior: Guests must respect the property, its contents, neighbors, and local regulations. Excessive noise and/or disturbance of the "quiet hours" between 22:00-07:00 may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement without refund.
Damage to Property: Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. We reserve the right to charge for repair or replacement costs.
Loss of Inventory: Replacement costs may be charged for lost and/or damaged items.
Loss of keys: Minimum charge of 3750kc. Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all properties. A fine of minimum of 3750 CZK will be charged for smoking at the property.
Pets: Pets are permitted only with prior approval and are subject to a fee of 1000 CZK per pet.
Unauthorized Guests: A fee of 2000 CZK will be charged per additional guest, per night, who is not approved or included in the booking.
